1. Introduction & who we are
Acadyn Labs LLP ("Acadyn Labs", "we", "us" or "our") is a self-funded software company based in Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu, India, building operational software for two domains: education, through Acadyn OS, Admaat and Inquiir, and business, through Worxley. Each platform has its own product and its own website.
This policy governs two things: how we handle personal data collected through this corporate website, www.acadynlabs.com, and the data-handling commitments that apply company-wide across every platform we build. Where an organisation is using one of our platforms as a paying customer, the specific terms of that relationship are set out in the applicable agreement with that platform.

2. Scope & data roles
This policy applies to: visitors to www.acadynlabs.com, people who submit the contact form, prospective employees who apply for a role, and, at a company-wide level, the commitments Acadyn Labs makes about how personal data is treated across Acadyn OS, Admaat, Inquiir and Worxley.
- As a website operator: For data collected directly through this site — contact form submissions, job applications, and basic analytics — Acadyn Labs is the controller.
- As the company behind our platforms: Where an institution or business deploys Acadyn OS, Admaat, Inquiir or Worxley, the platform acts as a data processor under that organisation's instructions. The organisation remains the controller.
3. What data we collect
On www.acadynlabs.com, we collect only what is needed to run the site and respond to you:
- Contact form data: Name, work email, organisation (optional), subject of inquiry, and message.
- Careers data: CVs, cover notes, and contact details submitted for open roles.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, and basic analytics for security and aggregate metrics.
- Correspondence: Records of communication with our team.
We do not run advertising trackers on this site, and we never sell or rent any personal data.
4. How we use personal data
- Responding to enquiries: Reading and answering messages sent through the contact form.
- Hiring: Evaluating job applications when positions are open.
- Securing the site: Diagnosing issues and preventing abuse.
- Aggregate analytics: Understanding aggregate readership to improve the website.
5. Legal basis for processing
- Legitimate interests: Responding to inquiries and securing our web infrastructure.
- Consent: Where you voluntarily provide contact or application information.
- Legal obligations: Where compliance with regulatory requirements is mandated.
8. Commitments across our platforms
These commitments apply to every Acadyn Labs platform:
- Tenant isolation: Every organisation operates within its own isolated environment.
- No cross-organisation AI use: AI features operate strictly within the tenant boundary of the owning organisation.
- No training on customer data: We never use customer data or PII to train foundation models.
- Zero data selling: We never sell customer or user data under any circumstance.
9. Data retention
Contact submissions are retained up to 24 months for continuity. Job applications are kept for the duration of the recruitment cycle. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
10. Security
We employ modern encryption (TLS in transit, encrypted storage at rest), least-privilege access controls, and rapid incident response protocols. See our Security page for full details.
11. Your rights
You have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data. Contact berdin.jasper@acadyn.in to exercise these rights.
12. Children
This corporate website is not directed at children. For platforms serving schools (Acadyn OS), student accounts are provisioned and managed by the institution.
13. Data location
Acadyn Labs infrastructure is hosted in India by default in secure enterprise data centres.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy periodically. Changes will be published here with an updated timestamp.
